Pinky has been a fun cat – engaging, temperamental, demanding, (let me out at 3 in the morning or else), and we will miss her!
Our sit with her comes to an end, and we are left with nowhere to stay – our next sit is not available until Monday – however, Annabel has friends!
A phone call, and a friend near Shaftesbury would like someone to keep an eye on his lovely Georgian farmhoue while he goes away skiing.
Pack up the car, and we head down to the Wiltshire border and arrive in time for a lovely quiche – a tour of the grounds and an early night.
A really lovely spot, even with the weather – large ponds to watch and some lovely walks. Perfect spot to rest.
