Fair to say the week has been an excellent chance to relax in Cornwall and catch up with friends.
From Saturday 4th May, until the Wednesday evening before we left, we have had friends and relatives join us for each evening – sharing sun, food and wine.
The weather has been perfect, and taking our opportunity to chill, work and socialise without pets to look after has been a holiday in itself.
From our decking we had a great view over looking Talland bay, a yacht sailing in on the Wednesday morning to finish the picture.
Bank holiday monday and we took or first sea swim of the year – freezing is the best description.
Wedneday and while Annabel popped to the hairdressers in Liskeard, I had the pleasure of walking the coast path to Polperro to visit the post office – there are worse ways to accomplish daily chores!
