A rainy day in Cornwall, so it was an easy day watching waves from the car at Widmouth bay.
A quick drink at the Wellington Hotel in Boscastle – an interesting building – the first floor bears the high-tide mark of the flooding that hit Boscastle in 2004. It is impossible to imagine how water ever got so high in such a location.
