The next few days of our travels have been around familiar stomping grounds, as we visited Liskeard for my friend’s 50th birthday.
I will keep the posts brief.
After a morning of work, and haircuts, we had lunch with at Golitha Falls, a well known local beauty spot near Liskeard. Sitting by the river Fowey, a wooden framed cafe has been established in the car-park. Annabel and I enjoyed a good meal, but the light falling fast meant we didn’t get anytime for a walk down the river to the falls.
Our evening was the planned beer festival at Darite, which we all enjoyed.
