Following our holiday we had my brother’s wedding weekend, and a few days around Durham rushing the Christmas shopping before we headed north to our next dog sit, and the location we’ll be in for the season.
We’ve returned to North Berwick and a house right by the sea, our dog – lovely Stan, who we’ve looked after before. The house is about to be gutted and refurbished, so our sit will be character building, but it’s great waking up next to the beach.
Stan is a joy to look after, a sensible mature lab, who enjoys a good walk, doesn’t nick food and loves to sleep.
Christmas day was spent walking around Belhave near Dunbar, and we’ve spent the rest of the time resting, working and catching up before 2026.
