From North Shian, Annabel and I hade a split sit. I headed to Leeds, while Annabel stayed in Dunbar to look after the shop. The sit for me was poles apart from North Shian, and it is difficult to say it was comfortable in the flat where I had two cats to long after. However, I made the most of the stay with trips out into the city to explore the architecture, and city museum. During the week, I also managed to visit my nephew in Newcastle and Beamish. I also got a day trip to visit Doncaster museum.
Leeds had a lot to offer for the shopper, and those interested in buildings, while Doncaster had a good museum with a section dedicated to the towns railway heritage.
