Been rather quite on the blog front for January – our adventures continue, but we were returning to familiar locations.
For the first part of January we were in Dunbar, Annabel looking after her sister’s shop, and me, well I looked after the lovely labarador Lottie.
Lottie and I had some great walks on the beach at Skateraw, while Annabel enjoyed playing shopkeeper in Dunbar.
In between catching up with relatives, our weekends found us visiting Yellowcraig, (pictures below) and taking some walks around the area.
From Dunbar, we returned to Forest Row. We had looked after two lovely dogs over Christmas, and the neighbours asked to look after their dogs while they went to France. The timing was perfect, so we had another ten days exploring Ashdown Wood, and visiting Annabel’s cousin’s pub. A great start to January 2024.
For the last few days we were back in the house we stayed at over Christmas. Lolly and Tax both recognised us, and we had a few friendly walks with dogs already familiar with us.
Perfect end to Forest Row.
